January 14, 2009: Leo Krupnik is a 6'3" central defender who played his college soccer at Cal Berkeley. After a short time with the Metro Stars he moved to Israel where he established himself as one of the most reliable centerbacks in Israeli football. He currently starts for Maccabi Haifa, the top club in Israel. A few years ago Maccabi Haifa beat Manchester United in Champions League play 3-1.
