What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
- You may cancel your booking by informing us via call or whatsapp 3 day before your appointment.
- Rescheduling is considered as cancellation. A new booking will need to be made.
- Cancellation or rescheduling on the same day of appointment will be blacklisted by SAA Pro Services.
When can I expect cleaner to arrive?
While will do their best to be on time but due to traffic conditions and weather, they can sometimes be delayed by 20 – 30 minutes. Your cleaning session will start only after the cleaner arrives.
