  1. You may cancel your booking by informing us via call or whatsapp 3 day before your appointment.
  2. Rescheduling is considered as cancellation. A new booking will need to be made.
  3. Cancellation or rescheduling on the same day of appointment will be blacklisted by SAA Pro Services.

While will do their best to be on time but due to traffic conditions and weather, they can sometimes be delayed by 20 – 30 minutes. Your cleaning session will start only after the cleaner arrives.
